August 2024

We found Dr. Yadhu to be kind, compassionate, and efficient in equal measure. Unlike some other medics, he made sure to take the time to make the patient feel at ease, fully investigate the root causes of the psychological problems with a sense of empathy, accuracy and sensitivity, and eventually administer the medication with professionalism and efficiency. At a time when the medical profession is under assault from all sides, it is reassuring to see that in this corner of the world, the highest of standards are being maintained. Thank you for helping this patient get their life back.

Update 1 · 4 weeks

Dr. Yadhu continues to maintain a high level of kindness and professionalism; the ketamine treatment continues to be administered with efficiency and sensitivity; the clinic continues to treat patients with empathy and integrity. Thumbs up from this patient.

Update 2 · 6 weeks

Dr. Yadhu continues to operate with a unique combination of empathy and professionalism. As a result the ketamine infusions are proceeding with a high degree of mindful and sophisticated patient-centerd management. Consequently, I can only continue to recommend wholeheartedly.

Update 3 · Several months

We are now several months into treatment at the clinic, and it is reassuring to report that the clinic continues to operate with a high level of professionalism and empathy. As is Dr. Yadhu’s way, he is keen to ensure that he builds up a holistic view of the patient’s needs whilst administering the treatment.

Update 4 · Ongoing

The ketamine treatment continues to have a positive effect. Dr. Yadhu is as professional and empathic as ever, and continues to ensure that the sessions run smoothly and in a stress-free environment.

Update 5 · 6 months

The ongoing ketamine treatment continues to provide powerful relief from OCD without any of the side effects of SSRIs. Save Minds continues to provide unique and powerful relief from OCD.

Update 6 · 8 months

The ketamine infusions continue to be a life-saver, allowing me to handle my OCD with much more clarity and self-awareness. The upshot is that I have started to make progress in a way that no SSRI ever allowed.

Eight months of treatment updates. Patient’s words, lightly edited for length only.

Treatment-Resistant Depression, Suicidal Ideation

February 2024

Dr. Yadhu has been a lifesaver for me and my family. A true beacon of hope in the darkness. I came to Save Minds as a last resort for my severe treatment-resistant depression and suicidal ideation. I was in such a bad mental state that I didn’t have much hope.

However, with Dr Yadhu’s kind and encouraging support and expertise I was helped tremendously. After just a couple of infusions, I was no longer suicidal, and with each subsequent treatment, my depression and anxiety improved.

I was pretty anxious before my first infusion as I had never tried anything like this before. However, there was no need to have worried. I’ll never forget the feeling of calmness and relief that washed over me at that first treatment. I was tapping into such a lovely feeling of safety and security I hadn’t felt for years.

The treatments gave me renewed hope, and slowly I could see the light at the end of the very dark tunnel. I feel tremendously blessed to have found Dr. Yadhu. He’s an exceptionally kind and caring doctor. I can truly say he saved my life, and for that, my family and I, will be eternally grateful.

Depression, PTSD

March 2024

I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Yadhu and the staff of Save Minds. I first visited the clinic after struggling for 20 years with complex-PTSD, depression, and FND. I had tried every treatment available to me, both through the NHS and privately — medications, therapies, inpatient care, etc. None of these treatments had worked long-term, and some had even left me with more issues. I firmly held onto the belief that I was meant to suffer.

At the time of my first visit, I was a shell of my former self. I was experiencing seizures and flashbacks daily, and had too little energy to consistently wash or feed myself. I largely depended on my partner and mother to keep me from hurting myself.

Now, nine months later, my life has changed in ways I could never have anticipated: I experience seizures only twice a month at most, I have a job, I’m able to make time for hobbies, I’m learning to drive, I exercise daily. I still struggle from time to time, but not at all in the way I’m used to — I self-soothe, I’m kind to myself, I’m able to listen to myself and communicate my feelings and needs to the people around me.

It’s very strange (but welcome!) to meet and get to know a version of myself I didn’t know could exist. I still get infusions once every two months, and I’m happy to continue with my treatment indefinitely. I’ve never met such a kind, compassionate team. I’m insanely lucky to have found them.

Save Minds and Dr Yadhu have been instrumental in helping me with my burnout, depression and anxiety. They’re doing incredibly important work and do it in a compassionate and empathetic way. The whole programme has been carefully tailored, with check-ins and adjustments along the way — it never felt like an off-the-shelf treatment.

Save Minds has the opportunity to do just that! You could not ask to meet a doctor with more compassion, empathy, humour, sympathy, and care. Dr Yadhu is more than just a doctor. He treats my family member as a whole person, and I cannot recommend the clinic highly enough to anyone considering this treatment for someone they love.

Dr. Yadhu is an amazing physician and human being. He listens to his patients very attentively and shares his wisdom through detailed patient education. I fly from the USA to London to receive his care, because I trust him and the way he runs his clinic more than any of the providers I have access to at home. He is calm, methodical, and never rushes a session.

Doctor Yadhu is one of the nicest, kindest, gentle, understanding human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. All of my worries, doubts, fears and nerves regarding treatment were completely dissolved within the first conversation we had. He took my history seriously and treated me with extraordinary care across every single session.

The treatment exceeded all of my expectations. Experiencing severe anxiety and depression disorder for many years since adolescence, the treatment literally changed my life. The whole experience was structured, supported, and never made me feel like a number — even though there must be many others going through the same.

Dr Yadhu completely changed my life. I’ve been suffering with lifelong depression and anxiety. I’ve tried everything available. Nothing really helped. This treatment, plus his incredible care, healed me. I am profoundly grateful and would recommend Save Minds to anyone who has tried everything else and feels like they’re out of options.

I had 7 sessions of IV ketamine with Dr. Yadhu so far to treat my moderate depression. I only have nice things to say about Dr. Yadhu! In my intake session, he really took a long time to explain everything, walk me through risks, and answer questions I hadn’t even thought to ask. The sessions themselves are calm, well-paced, and genuinely supportive.

Dr. Yadhu is one of the most compassionate, caring providers I’ve ever had the fortune to encounter. After moving to the UK from the US, I was anxious about continuing my ketamine maintenance treatments. He took the time to understand my history, work with my US provider, and made the transition seamless and safe.

This is my experience with Dr Yadhu at Save Minds. I had severe depression for approximately 12 years, many of those suicidal. I had tried every pill and combination. With zero results. The treatment here was the first thing in over a decade that actually moved the needle. I’m not exaggerating when I say it gave me my life back.

I am incredibly grateful for the life-changing experience I had at Dr. Yadhu’s Ketamine Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the caring staff made me feel comfortable and supported. The setting itself is calm and clinical without being cold — exactly the right balance for what they do.

Dr Yadhu is the most amazing professional I have had the fortune to meet. He is kind, compassionate and caring. I was really scared and apprehensive about starting my treatment, especially due to the financial costs. He never pressured me, talked me through every option openly, and made sure I felt fully informed before committing.

Dr Yadhu is the most amazing guy I think I’ve ever met. I’ve done years of trying through more methods than I can count but he gave me the leg up I couldn’t find. The treatment was carefully explained, and the team checked in throughout. I genuinely don’t know where I’d be without it.

Reviews tell part of the story.

Reviews are written by patients who chose to write them — which means the population represented here skews toward those who had strongly positive experiences and felt motivated to say so. Not everyone leaves a review. Not everyone who leaves a review represents an “average” outcome.

That doesn’t make these accounts any less real. But it does mean reviews are best read alongside our clinical outcome data — our peer-reviewed audit, our case studies, and our own honest statement that around 25–30% of our patients don’t achieve a sustained good response. The reviews you see here aren’t proof of universal success. They’re proof that, when it works, it can profoundly change a life.

We publish both — the reviews and the harder numbers — because both are true, and you deserve to see both before you decide.

Has your treatment helped? Tell someone.

If you’ve been through treatment at Save Minds and it’s helped you, there’s a good chance someone else right now is sitting where you used to be — searching for someone to tell them this is real. Your honest words could be the thing that helps them take the first step.

It takes about three minutes to leave a review on Google. You don’t need to write a long account. A few sentences in your own words is enough.

No pressure, ever. Many of our patients prefer to remain private — and that’s exactly right. But if you do want to share, we’d be grateful.

Real stories. The next one could be yours.

If something in these reviews resonated, the first step is a short eligibility check or a free, no-pressure call with our team.
