Tell us what you need

If you’d rather write than call, fill in the form opposite. The first thing you’ll be asked is what kind of contact this is — so we can make sure the right person responds to you, with the right information, as quickly as possible.

We read every message personally. There is no auto-responder, no chatbot, and no sales funnel.

The Aura Centre, St John's Wood.

Our clinic is at The Aura Centre — one of London’s discreet private-medicine buildings, set on a quiet street in St John’s Wood. We’re a short walk from the tube and easily reached by ride-share, taxi, or bus.

Travelling from outside London? We can suggest nearby St John’s Wood and Marylebone hotels patients have used. Just ask when you get in touch.

Referring a patient to us.

We regularly accept referrals from GPs, NHS and private consultant psychiatrists, therapists, and other treating clinicians for patients who haven’t responded to standard treatment.

A direct referral with a clinical summary can streamline the process — patients with a UK consultant psychiatrist referral may move straight to first treatment without needing a separate £450 psychiatric consultation with us first. The fees and pathway are explained in detail on our pricing page.

What to send us

A brief clinical letter or referral form including diagnosis, treatment history (medications tried, doses, durations, outcomes), current medications, and any safety considerations

Where to send it

info@saveminds.co.uk, marked clearly as a clinical referral

What happens next

We'll review and respond directly to you, copy in your patient if appropriate, and arrange a consultation or first treatment as needed

Continuity of care

With patient consent, we provide treatment summaries at programme start, mid-point, and completion to keep you informed throughout
